House Coordinator

Your role would be to help run the important day-to-day details of the home: planning meals, activities, celebrations, helping ensure cohesiveness in the staff, and more. You would also have plenty of opportunities to pour into the women’s lives through prayer, devotions, personal example, and other ways as God leads.

Childcare and Early Development Coordinator

We are seeking someone who desires to make a difference in the lives of single moms and their children. You would help care for children infant-age on up while working with the single moms to guide them in areas of nutrition, safety, intentional play, assembling helpful resources, and more. You would be an integral part of the staff, helping with the daily schedule, providing feedback on how the women and children are bonding, and seeking opportunities to impact them for Christ.

Christian Counselor

We are in need of a counselor who can provide Christian guidance and healing, evaluating the women's emotional and spiritual well-being. You would meet regularly with the women as a vital part of their healing process, while also being available for crisis situations. In addition, you would be present to celebrate milestones, birthdays, and holidays with the girls along with the rest of the staff who wish to nurture them through God's love and grace.

House Parents

We are seeking a Christian couple who would live in the home with the women and their children, providing stability through a family-oriented atmosphere. Along with day-to-day upkeep of the home, you would plan devotions and prayer times with the women, accompany them to appointments as needed, and – with the support of the rest of the staff -  seek opportunities to encourage the women in their God-given goals and dreams.

Nurse

We are in need of a certified nurse who could do health evaluations on each woman and child who enters the home, compassionately working with some residents who may have received little to no professional health care before their arrival. In addition to accompanying the women to health care appointments, keeping a log of all medicines in the home, and responding in emergency situations, you would have the opportunity to teach them basic first-aid procedures and work with them to achieve goals in overall health so as to live to the fullest as God created them.

Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a people-person who can connect volunteers and interns and provide training for them. You would check in with interns (who are here 6 months to a year) to see how they are doing spiritually and emotionally. You would be the point person if a team comes to visit the home, guiding them in the importance of privacy and helping the residents understand what's going on. You would also be a part of the regular staff rotation, cooking meals with the women and seeking opportunities to disciple them.

EsperanzArt Coordinator

We are seeking someone with experience in business management to run our EsperanzArt jewelry workshop which allows the women to learn a new skill and earn income. You would organize the finances and oversee the workshops, as well as creatively help design and market the jewelry and lead the women in a devotion once a week.  Hope through art.
